One of the most important gnoseological provisions of philosophy of Bruno is the provision on a reason priority over feeling, reasonable knowledge over sensory perception. In this point he considers himself as Platon's follower and opposes Aristotle who, in his opinion, in the physics often replaces reasonable comprehension a sensual image and perception.
